Hi, I’m Kate. I’m a
Brooklyn-based therapist.

Feeling overwhelmed—whether in the midst of a major life change or caught in the stress of daily life—can be disorienting. Anxiety, self-doubt, and uncertainty can make it hard to trust yourself or know what comes next. I help my clients break free from unhelpful patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with more confidence—whether they’re navigating a big transition, struggling with perfectionism, burnout, or relationship dynamics.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate self-reflection with action, blending human-centered therapy with evidence-based strategies (including DBT, CBT, and ACT) to help clients not only understand themselves better but also create meaningful change. I work with individuals at all stages of life, with a special focus on the perinatal period and parenthood—supporting clients through fertility struggles, pregnancy, and postpartum.

Growth doesn’t require certainty—just a willingness to start. Together, we’ll make sense of where you are, untangle what’s holding you back, and help you move toward what’s next with greater confidence and ease.
